Mr. Horton was one of the most memorable characters on the show. He really should have been given a spin-off show. His young lover, Dudley, could have co-starred with him on the show. In the show, Mr. Horton would be a lovable and super-horny entrepreneur. It could have been called “Mr. Horton’s Place” and would revolve around his bike shop and all of the pills and wine he gave to the pre-teens who shopped there. I’m sure he would have been playing “Neptune: King of the Sea” in the shower with someone new during every episode.

Dudley was really stupid. Dudley’s Dad was just as dumb as Dudley. If I remember correctly Dudley’s Dad got cancer from smoking and just kept on smoking. Even worse when told he was terminal he let Mr. Horton adopt Dudley for a carton of cigarettes!

Didn't he do something inappropriate to Arnold's friend but not to Arnold?
Which would make sense that the star of the show gets away just fine but not the guest.
