I don't know about most of you guys, but I never, never, ever found Jennifer (Loni Anderson) the least bit attractive. I don't care for her Barbie Doll type face or body. I was always a Bailey fan. That cute, intellectual look with her glasses, always appealed to me even when I was a kid.
Give me Bailey anytime!

Jennifer was a beautiful woman for sure (the swimsuit/nude photos episode. YIKES!) but she seemed so un-attainable.
Bailey was very attractive yet seemed like you could approach her at a party and start up a conversation.
And those episodes where she was wearing those tight jeans. COME ON!

Jennifer was the kind of "hot" that worked well in the 70s and early 80s. Everything "big" from top to bottom, starting with the hair.
If you posed this question in 1979, you'd get 9 "Jennifers" for every "Bailey".
But Bailey had a more timeless beauty, and while she would have been seen as "pretty but plain" in the late 70s, Jennifer's overshaped and overpainted look ultimately faded as a popular preference, and that is why, nowadays, most people will answer "Bailey."

Agreed. Even though Jennifer loved wealthy older gentlemen and understood that she was quite attractive, she didn't really seem to put others down about their looks and was quite warm to most of the people that worked at WKRP. She was kind of like a mother hen to some of the staff there.

I'm solidly in Team Bailey, but Jennifer could be just wonderful. I like a scene where Les anxiously asks her what it's like to be so attractive (or some such) and she warmly replies "Oh, I don't need to tell
you
, do I, Les?"

One a gold digger, the other a stuck up, egocentric diva, and both HIGH maitainance and the epitome of "beauty is only skin deep" vs. two very attractive, down to earth babes. And Mary Ann can cook! So you're right, no contest.
Now, that said, I'd love to go a few rounds with Jennifer and Ginger. Lol
This will be the high point of my day; it's all downhill from here.
