That might make for a fun movie, Jason vs Freddy was very fun and corny as hell but it worked.
Michael Myers vs Jason Voorhees could easily work too, both run into each other and attack each other, but Michael cannot kill Jason for long and Michael always get up, unless Jason stabs him in the head with his machette and even then maybe not.
Michael vs Freddy would be good but what is Michael afraid of? Maybe his nightmare is Judith or Laurie surviving and becoming masked killers like he is, thus he cannot kill his family and they are trying to kill him, or Judith as a teenager sees him coming and pushes him away and stabs him first, he dies as a child and she gets his curse, that would be his fear.

Won't happen. Blumhouse now owns the rights to Halloween and Freddy and Jason are still New Line. Took years for Dimension to give up the rights to Halloween, so I doubt they'll be sold again quickly. Even as a story it wouldn't work. Michael is Haddonfield. He usually kills family and babysitters. Freddy and Jason worked because of fire and water. Michael had no such connection. You definitely wouldn't get Jamie Lee back as Laurie. Vs. movies are acts of desperation, Halloween isn't there yet.
