As a matter of principle I hate tariffs because I believe in free trade, I hated them when Trump suggested it in 2016 and I hate them now, but regardless of what the media has foolishly convinced you of, Trump is a good negotiator and a good business man, so I'll wait to see how this plays out. If it is just stupid tariffs across the board then I'll call it out, but as of now it seems to be nothing but these "experts" that you blindly follow as an appeal to authority who have a very long track record of being wrong.
