If Governor Gene Gatling really existed, and was the same as on "Benson", and was running for Governor, would you have voted for him, and would you continue to vote for him?

He was pretty nice and funny at first, although in the later years, he seemed to get angrier more. I certainly would've voted for him.

Since,as a voter, I'd really not know
that he's 'a bit confused' on things, sure I'd vote for him.
He obviously ran a good campaign (with help from staff of course) to get elescted in the first place. He also must know a good deal about politics and state Govt. to have been able to answer questions.
As wed se in the series, he got better as a Governor
and also as a more fully rounded (and less silly) character.
I'd vote for Gatling for President (were he real & an Independent or
a Democrat).as opposed to Trump and all the right wing nit-wits running now.
(I'm still not decided on the Democratic side.)
Go for it or just be a gopher!
