I didnt think of Being There as a silly movie so I thought the Bloopers were out of place but was wondering if this was the first movie that ever showed bloopers/outtakes during the end credits.

The blooper reel is the only big flaw of the movie and it kind of ruined it for me (not much though, it's hard to ruin such an awesome movie)

I searched Google and it's crazy, this probably was the one. And it pissed Peter Sellers off. The funny thing is there are two versions, one with and one without, and it's rare when the outtake version shows up. Sellers thinks the end credits cost him the Oscar. I kinda agree. Those last five minutes completely humanized an amazing performance.
