I purchased a full uncut version (full Road to Hell sequence intact) from SuperStrangeVideo.com a few years back. They sell professional burn copies of rare and hard-to-find movies that they source from good quality sources. The picture and sound are excellent and in the proper aspect ratio.

All Blu-Rays so far are missing a few snippets in the "last road to hell" sequence, also the austrian Blu-Ray is cut, despite what some people say.
I can confirm cut status from the uk/us/italy/france/german/austrian releases, which are all missing those roughly 7 to 10seconds of footage.
Fully uncut are the dutch Ultrabit DVD release as well as the scandinavian DVD from "Another World Entertainment".
