This whole movie is wierdthat was the least wierd in the whole movie

Such a weird opening.

Johnny was pretty wasted, he may have done it to himself.

But who tied up Johnny and left him there?

My guess is that he was a coward.

So why didn't the turkey save his girlfriend?

Johnny the Boy is the one at the car. He's a member of Toecutter's crew. Turkey, the man running pantless across the field, is the original driver of the car and the girls boyfriend.

Is the turkey the boyfriend? When who was tied up in front of the girl?

When the guy and girl in the chevy sees the anarchy in the street, he panics and takes off, almost running over the Toecutter, who calls the bikers to go after them. The guy with no pants (turkey) is the chevy driver (hint; they were BOTH raped).
Johnny the boy, who's tied up to his bike was left behind by the bikers because he was stoned again, and there's a scene where Toecutter sends one of the bikers back to get him, but he's been arrested, so he's waiting for him outside the police station.
