<p dir="auto">Is the person who did the music responsible for the<br />
THX Sound<br />
or did Lucas Film just use the music from WHEN A STRANGER CALLS for their "THX" commercial that used to play before the movies would start?<br />
I kept hearing that sound during WASC and kept thinking of the "THX" logo.<br />

<p dir="auto">I guess one of these days we'll find out. I've noticed that many newer films (I can't remember when it started) don't have that THX beginning anymore, I guess they don't use it, but I have that sound associated with the anticipation of the beginning of a movie (like Pavlov's dog). Every time I hear it I get that same feeling that I'm about to watch a movie<br />
