Harry Guardino plays the mobster setting up and banking the fights. What's the name of his partner - he's the one who goes to Eastwood to first set up the big fight.
He's got such a distinctive voice but I just can't place where I've heard it before.

His voice seemed very familiar to me as well. I thought he did the voice for the Aardvark from "The Ant and the Aardvark". They sound very similar. As it turns out, I was wrong, but I would have bet money that it was his voice.

His name is Micheal Cavanaugh, he is a vet of Eastwood films including "The Enforcer" and "The Gauntlet".
