Look, you are missing the entire character of the biker gang.
They are wannabe bikers. Total failures at being a biker gang. They got their asses kicked every time they crossed paths with Philo Beddoe. They got their bikes taken or destroyed until they had none. They are comic relief. They never were that bad because they were bad at being bad. Get it? That said, although done in a comedic way, the portrayal of the Black Widows is a reminder that even members of rowdy bike gangs are human beings and individuals - they are even shown (like the vast majority of people) to have a "good side" - they just don't choose to show it very often.

The KKK believe they're doing gods work too but I'd sure as hell not be asking them round for xmas dinner. Most modern neo nazi groups in america are also very much "get rid of blacks and jews" but will say so with a bible in their hand.
So yeah the idea that the western version of god is sole deity of the meek and charitable is a far cry from reality.
