I'm an Independent who leans "left" on economics and "right" on social/cultural issues.
I like RT but fully acknowledge that it's a biased source.

Jeff Schoep, the guy with the shaved head and arms crossed, stepped down as Commander of the NSM (National Socialist Movement) and now works with anti-racist groups. Matt Heimbach, the husky guy with the beard standing next to Jeff, is now a Communist. Matt even attended a Rage Against the War Machine rally last year in Washington D.C. holding a Soviet flag. People change.
