Is there anyone alive that watched this movie and didnt cry?
I think the entire movie was made to jerk as many tears as possible. So much that I had to force myself to not cry because everything was getting too wet.
For those that didnt cry, do you think you lack feelings?
Was this movie truly impossible to not cry over?
Any way top 5 movies that it is impossible nopt to cry on..

The Elephant Man (1980)
is definitely the movie that made me cry the most (followed by
The Green Mile (1999)
), but the only movie I've watched enough times to be sure it'll always make me cry is
The Iron Giant (1999)

I've only ever properly cried to one movie - Green Mile - but I had to fight back tears on quite a few. For example, What's eating Gilbert Grape, The Pianist, The Dallas Buyer's Club, Ray, Rain Man and Leaving Las Vegas are just a few big names which spring to mind.
I might also mention that I am too afraid to watch Her because I know I will cry uncontrollably.

I remember crying on 3 films, one was Elephant Man; during the scene where he breaks down upon meeting Mrs Treves. Next is Hachi: A Dogs Tale; truth be told, I haven't seen this film the whole way through but I cried when apparently Richard Gere's character had been dead for 10 years and the dog was still waiting for him. This next one is the least known of the three but this belongs at the end of a miniseries called Poor Little Rich Girl: The Barbara Hutton Story, if anyone knows a thing about what kind of life she led, you can guess from a number of scenes but the one that got me was when she was meeting Cary Grant while in her 60's with almost nothing left. Does that matter? No. They both make the most of the time they have together even though, by this point, they had lost their fame. It is genuinely hard to find a "happy moment" in that film but this one moved me to tears.
"I have always valued my lifelessness."

The Wizard of Oz used to make me cry, but I think I've seen it so many times now, I am immune. But I always have tissues handy when I'm watching a movie.
"Philadelphia" makes me cry every time.
And another Tom Hanks performance that was heart wrenching was the end of "Captain Phillips."
And to go farther back in time - "Love Story" and "Brian's Song" are real tear jerkers!

One of only two films I've given a 10/10 to was The Elephant Man. (The other was 2001: A Space Odyssey.)
I will likely only ever watch this film once in my lifetime. It's impact was unmatched, and I've never felt so emotionally drained after watching a film. I don't ever want to see it again because my original experience with The Elephant Man was unparalleled, and I'd hate to diminish the impact it had in any way.
