<p dir="auto">It's a pretty fun low-budget creature feature with a really cool man-in-a-rubber-suit monster and a few fairly suspenseful moments sprinkled throughout.<br />
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.</p>

As far as 80's Alien rip-offs go, Scared to Death has its merits. Some of the camerawork is reminiscent of Halloween, and the settings can be genuinely creepy. A few scenes have a decent amount of suspense. And the music score works well. Of course, it's also a goofy movie with silly actors on a limited budget, so there's that.<br />
