One where he works at telephone company<br />
One where he is a neighbor<br />
One where a plumber removes a toilet he supposedly didn't pay for</p>

<p dir="auto">It's the same character each time. I guess they felt that since he was funny in the first episode, they decided to bring him back. His job only changed in that episode with the phone company. He could still have been there in later episodes.</p>

Kind of like that jerk Swackhammer as Nell liked to call him.</p>
