Does anyone remember an episode where the snotty, nosey neighbor lady gets her skirt ripped off by a vacuum cleaner? I think she runs around in her slip getting chased by grampa. I remember seeing it as a kid and my eyes popped out of my head. Lol.

Yes, that is Nell Goes Door to Door, from the second season. It has to do with a vacuum cleaner that Nell is trying to sell, but turns out to be a ripoff. You can catch it on youtube.
