"These bleads?", and just Burt's deadpan, stony face when Dom is trying to keep it together.

If you think the bloopers are good, you should check out the tv series The State. It ran on MTV in the 90's and they have a skit of the bloopers from Cannonball Run and they do pretty good impressions of Burt and Dom. Hilarious.
The world belongs to the meat eaters, Miss Clara, and if you have to take it raw, take it raw.

Martin: "These bleeds?" You're gonna take these (beep) bleeds"
Reynolds: "I'd take these bleeds here"
Hilarious! along with Burt Reynolds slapping Dom Deluise for messing up his lines. I used to watch this movie all the time on HBO when I was a kid and it used to crack me up everytime.

Roger Moore swearing. I laugh every time I see that one. The others are funny too.
Burt and Dom at the bar is pretty funny as well.

It'd be a toss up between:

At the end when Dom is trying to say his lines and change into the new costume, all the while Burt is slapping him, and then finally he gets to say it and screws up! ("I always wanted to be Captain America!")

Or when Dean Martin asks, "Where's he gonna sit?" And slaps Sammy Davis Jr. harder than necessary.
