It wasn't clear at first if his junk was bitten off or just bitten. By the amount of pain he was in you'd think it was bitten off. Cringe-worthy stuff. Glad to see he was able to demonstrate later on it was still intact as he was able to boink Rae Dawn from behind and a handful of fat porkers from the other tribe.

Ika gave him a little "help" afterwards that allowed him to "recover".
I have to admit that scene with Naoh getting his family jewels bit is probably the worst part of an otherwise engagingly offbeat film - it's just too unintentionally funny and feels out of place with the overall tone of the film.

I was watching this last night but had to stop because I was getting tired so I'll finish it tonight.
In all seriousness it seemed like that guy got to his junk because he was screaming in pain. He seemed to recover rather quickly but I would imagine he'd be in severe pain and bleeding quite a bit with possible infection and death soon after. It didn't seem realistic that he was okay afterwards.
