Remember in a zombie/horror movie, the best thing to do is go off by yourself unarmed into an empty dark room or building you've never been in before.
What are they doing? Why do they come here?
Some kind of instinct, memory, what they used to do.

  • When your coworker is being attacked by a undead rat, just stand there looking horrified instead of helping him.
  • When a slow, fat zombie lumbers towards you, just scream and stare at him for a few seconds instead of hitting him or running.
  • When faced with a crowd of zombies in a wide open forest clearing, just shove your way through them instead of going around them.
  • Be sure to act hard in front of soldiers and tell them you've killed before and then be completely useless / helpless for the rest of the film.
  • When exploring a large factory, be sure to split up even though you agreed you should all stick together just seconds before.
