it's all true, right outta the box.
but if a movie star gets the treatment, the movie is called fake and hollywood shuns it.
the truth is… who knows…
but one truth is… those who grew up watching this movie loved it… it's always been considered an entertaining movie… a tabloid monster movie about a woman monster… a nighttime soap two hours long… the glitter and the gloss and the exploitation…
Mommie Dearest is the opposite of, say, The Last Jedi that critics adored and audiences loathed…
