Now Big Brother is on Channel 5.
I think Crossroads is coming back again.
So Brookside should come back, I was only 14 when it finished.

They ruined the best soap ever
Coz of shait like Big brother
To bring it back i don't think it would work, but i really really miss the show and i watch re reruns on the internet, but i'd love to see them play old episodes
On UK tv Gold they did do old episodes of Eastenders, but they stopped now, so i hope they consider Brookside because i really did love it,
They should have never axed it, people would have got interested again.
It was so wrong to axe it and it really wasn't fair
But what can u do, if they aint making money they move on to the next big thing
Maybe they could make a new soap, a little like Brookside, but try to make it better by using inspiration from brookside

Me find it interesting how you make this connection though me is also thinking that you being somewhat revisionist in memories you are having of circumstance surrounding shows demise perhaps it more likely that show is being canceled due to laws of diminishing returns instead of problem with big brother schedules me also finding it highly unlikely that channel 4 will replace big brother with old episodes of the brookside
me could be wrong though as me has been before such as with ill advised reboot of crossroads

Apparently, the main reason Brookside was axed was because they kept moving the schedules around to commote with Channel 4s new program Big Brother. Seeing as this year is Big Brothers last year, they might re-run old Brookside. Well hopefully as it was one of the best soaps around

I think bring brookside back idea bad i think it taken off telly cause people stoppeded watchin it i think bringin it back end up same as crossroads in that initial excitement at return of one time much loved institution eventually met with the same apathy towards shows existence that led to initial demise
me could be wrong though
