I wonder if there is anyone out there who knows what the date of the episode was, when Sheila Grant and Marie Jackson have a slanging match in Brookside Close. I think it was one of the most memorable and well acted scenes in Brookside's history.

I think it was January 1984. Marie and her brood were staying at Petra's house and she had a grievance with Barry Grant about some botched work on the house, Sheila does what any mother would do and defend her little boy. Great stuff, unfortunately there wasn't any more public street brawls between Sheila and Marie.
