Halloween was conceived as an anthology bases aroundthe Halloween season. Was never meant to be all Michael. Plus, it jumped the shark when Michael became supernatural.
It fits the original concept.

This doesn't belong in the series. It never did. It stands on it's own as a great movie for the Halloween season. Forget the franchise. It should have simply been Season of the Witch.
In my opinion, it's it's better than the slasher Halloween series.

Danielle Harris makes 4 and 5 worthwhile. Added an interesting angle to the story. Liked it more than the first 2, but 3 is the best for me.
