<p dir="auto">Noted horror author Dennis Etchison, who wrote the novelizations for The Fog, Videodrome, and the second &amp; third Halloween movies under the pseudonym Jack Martin, has just died at the age of 76. Moreover, Etchison also co-wrote a script treatment for Halloween 4 that was never used.<br />
