When Steve Martin walks in to operate on Kathleen Turner, Jeffrey Combs is shaving her nether regions. The Dialogue goes like this:
Martin: What is that?
Combs (whispering in his ear): It's a vagina.
Martin: I know what it is! I mean what are you doing?
Combs: Shaving her.
Martin: This is a brain operation.
Combs: I know
Martin: What's that supposed to be, a heart?
Combs: Yes sir, Clive and I thought that since it's Valentines Day that
Martin: tsk tsk tsk You don't have to shave her anywhere. We'll be using my cranial screwtop method of entry into the brain.
Combs: Fine, yes sir.
Martin: I never want to see that again! I suppose if it were Christmas you'd hang ornaments on it!

he's one fo the medical students in the scene where they're giving the female patient the heart-shaped shave. it's been forever since i've seen this so i don't remember exactly what he said. hope this helps!
