Is Marella Dawson possibly involved in a personal relationship with "Archangel" Michael Coldsmith Briggs III?
Season 1, Episode 11 - "To Snare a Wolf"

Hawke: That's quite a mouthful.
Archangel: It requires superior oral dexterity (knowing look toward Marella).
This could be Briggs's usual boyish mischef, slightly less subtle than normal but it seems to me that he's hinting at more than just a professional relationship between Marella and himself.
IIRC, Dom and String don't miss the jest either and understanding looks briefly flash across their faces!
So whaddya reckon - Did/do Briggs and Ms. Dawson have a secret love happening behind the scenes?

They could have been close, but not romantic - sort of like the relationship of Nick Fury and Maria Hill in the MCU.

That's a very good observationand there's also her comment,
"HawkeI'd go with you if I could,

Fallen Angel
. Not so much the comment itself, but the tone of voice it's delivered inmore like a woman who's scared for a lover, rather than just for her boss.
