<p dir="auto">So,just watched for 2nd or 3rd time "Birdy" and Matthew Modine's character reminds me a lot Jacques Mayol in The Big Bleu.Any thoughts?(maybe familiar characters in other filmsstuff like that)<br />

<p dir="auto">yeah, I had the same thought as well as I was watching: A guy who has this passion that no-one else really understands, taking him to the edge of his sanity I think there are a few similarities, but both films have a unique take on it, and are great, in my opinion.</p>
