Definitely Jason. While He Who Walks Behind the Rows was supposed to be a powerful God he wasn't very powerful when he appeared in his corporeal form in Children of the Corn 3 and would have been easily defeated by Jason.

The power of this movie. I read your post title and got chills just thinking of this fight. Of course He who Walks Behind the Rows would win. Just his name alone would scare the life out of me. Not to mention my mother, some kind of way took me to see this movie and I was only five years old. Thanks mom. I've been terrified of this movies since then. I THINK I'm over it nowlol I know it's just a movie, but it consumed me for 3 decades.
I always thought when Issac came back, he was the Devil. In the 80's, parents mentioned the Devil and 'being good or you're going to see him' more than often.
