With Spielberg you have to take the garbage with the classics. This one is garbage. The female lead and kid side kick are just atrocious. The inflatable boat scene is right up there with the atomic bomb refrigerator scene as most rediculous in history. Temple and Kingdom are trash. Raiders and Last Crusade are masterpieces. #truth

You obviously don't understand this was meant to be.
Willie is written as a comic relief being out of place and afraid of everything.
Short round is written like this on purpose so that it shows kind of a Young Indie.
They're not supposed to be your friends or equal to Indiana.
The inflatable boat scene is right up there with the atomic bomb refrigerator scene as most rediculous in history.
Similar events happen in ROTLA and LC. If you were expecting realism and unspectacular stunts, then Indiana Jones is not for you.
