Ok while looking at it Daniel-San has skeletons in his closet. But I think some of these are over the top.
So like I said.it's a two way street.
You/they have every right to make and support the video
..whilst I have every right to comment on it
Let's start.

1. Destruction of Property - that's not destruction. He was just being wild. He didn't break it.
2. Reckless Assault - SUSTAINED but only to a mild degree. he's only 15 3/4 and just a wild teenager. his arms/hands were full. I mean he didn't really kick it that hard. But yeah he should have on,y nudged it open. But he's only 15. Plus he did apologize.but yes this is why it's sustained because he did hit someoneby accident. But he apologized.
3. Invasion of Privacy - I didn't see the Do Not Enter sign. This is a handy man workshop. It's not Miyagi's house, and Daniel only went in because Miyagi wasn't giving any indication when he'd come. Daniel only went in to talk to him because he wasn't answering.
4. Butting in Personal Affairs - no one told him to keep out. He didn't really butt inand whilst neither did Johnny.well he sort of dropped in. Hey Daniel and Ali were together first. Ali could have said give us a moment.
5. Cheap Shot - SUSTAINED. But Johnny's voice was a bit cocky and Fred and his gang were acting like @$$holes. But yeah Daniel should have backed off. Had he backed off Johnny might have even been the bigger man and apologized to Daniel for last night the next day. But I saw no help from Freddy.
6. Lying - SUSTAINEDbut there's on,y so much you can tell parents before they blame you 100% for not doing what you should have been. She would have lectured him for 5-20 minutes and then Daniel-San would be late to school and that would have raised 2x more suspicion. Plus it was Lucille's bright choice to move out there to begin with
7. Assault - UPHELD. Daniel should have stayed on the ground and flayed his arms signaling..did you see that????? No he instead had to go after Bobby. And that cost him a kick off soccer team. But Bobby had no right doing that.
8. Swearing on School Property - he didn't swear. He was upset. He used suggestive dialogue.
9. Lying to Miyagi - He doesn't need to tell him what happened. He's a stranger. Plus it's not a dangerous lie.
10. Lying to Lucille - Sustained if you agree with #11 and #14
11. Lying about Kreese's karate - see how one lie needs to another. He lies here because he saw Johnny the bully as a student. BUT IT'S ALL BECAUSE FREDDY WAS A JACKASS, LUCILLE FORCED DANIEL-SAN TO MOVE TO CA.and now this would have led to a 20-45 minute lecture.
12. Tresspassing - VIDEO SHOULD NOW END IN AN INSTANT DISQUALIFICATION. He was pushed off the road!!!!! So that doesn't count. And in fact, Johnny, Bobby, Tommy, Dutch, and Jimmy should be charged with that.
13. illegal Dumping - Are you supposed to get rid of bicycles a certain way in California??? For right now it's TBDS. But he's on,y 15 3/4 and probably didn't know. And if so.why didn't Lucille tell him he can't get rid of his bike like that.
14. Lying - SUSTAINED but because he starts to admit there's something going on saying it's great for you but sucks for me but all you want to hear is how great it is out here. But once again Lucille forced him to move out because of great job.that'd later crash!!!
15. Public Disturbance - UPHELD Wow man wish I could call 9-1-1 or police every time something like that happened in my neighborhood
16. Lying to Ali and Susan - DENIED 100% he did get into bike accident. He just didn't give all the details
17. Lying about type of bike - I don't see how this should be listed. I never knew what type of bikes I had. So maybe he doesn't either. Sometimes kids like to fake name their bikes.
18. Lying after seeing Johnny's gang - ROFL SUSTAINED 120%. Even Ali caught this one!!!!
19. Lying - Why list twice????? It's same lie. He's dealing with it his own way.
20. Lying to Ali at dance - not enough evidence to investigate.
21. Improper use of school equipment - SUSTAINED AND UPHELD.
22. Destruction of Johnny's Walkman and Medical Marajuna - How do you know it's Medical???? But SUSTAINEDbecause even if not medical it's still destruction of evidence.
23. Making Wet Floors Without Proper Signage / OSHA Hazard - Don't know what first one means but yes he did create an OSHA hazard UNLAWFULLY. SUSTAINED AND UPHELD!!!
24. Causing Traffic Accident - DEFINITELY UPHELD AND SUSTAINED!!!!! He should have gone to court here.
25. Destruction of Personal Propety Car Hood - oh please he just climbed over it. Car was wrecked to begin with though.
26. Fleeing Scene of Accident - He probably didn't know any better since he's on,y 15 3/4. They only teach you that in Drivers Ed. But I'll SUSTAIN this one even though he had good reason to leave. But even if he had gotten away Johnny now has witnesses to hose soaking.
27. Driving Without License - Well.SUSTAINED..but Miyagi also is marked for this one and he told him to drive. So Miyagi will also have som
