Yes, it is the Brocklebank Apartments, 1000 Mason St, San Francisco, CA 94108.
Actually, if you look carefully at the very first shot of Vertigo, with Jimmy Stewart coming up the ladder on the the roof, you see the Brocklebank building in the background.
