No, dear, it hasn’t been proven “beyond a shadow of a doubt.” The evidence submitted by Israel has already been called into question, even by NYTimes who generally report favorably upon them.
Contentious or not, Israel is 100% guilty of bombing at least one hospital (Shifa). One that was filled with patients, premature infants, and refugees. They know they can’t hide from this one.
