I think you may be exaggerating your childhood memory into a myth. Her's are big, but it is not like they are that big. Let us be realistic here. Any "major" actress from any given Russ Meyer film blows Ava out of the water with ease - and in the majority of Meyer's films, they had natural ones, which is even more remarkable.
Likewise, the scene in question is so fast and hastily edited, you do not see much, anyway.
