It was a pretty upscale tennis club. I'm sure if you order a steak sandwich its a lunch entre including fries or chips, cole slaw, etc.. Didn't need to specify to the waiter.
Not to mention, later he orders Lobster and caviar for lunch, along with some Dom Perignon. The steak sandwich was probably the cheapest thing he could get, along with the bloody mary of course.

No way! Considering how Fletch is raked over the coals by his ex, I'm guessing steak is quite the luxury. I'd milk the Underhills for all it's worth..especially consider how much of a jerk Mr. Underhill is to the waiter.
