<p dir="auto">Thank you. I would have loved to see this scene in the film, that would have been an interesting piece of comedy to add to the end.</p>

<p dir="auto">The book had a photo o Navarre and Isabeau were on the back o Goliath (obviously at teh end o the movie) so I can only surmise that they filmed the last scene in the book where, as they're riding away, Isabeau reaches down to touch Navarre's father's stoneonly to find it missing, and as we hear Navarre hell, "GASTON!!!" we see Phillipe holding out the jewell to a young lady saying, "The belonged to my mother.  It's all I have left of her."<br />
"I can arrange for you a humiliating death. And, so we're on the same page, it will involve sheep."</p>
