I just found out the other day that Victoria O'Keefe, who played Jane, died in 1990 in a car accident at just age 21. It broke my heart to hear this, for in a film with so many great performances hers disturbed me as the completely emotionally numb post nuclear-generation survivor, and I can't help but wonder what other things she might have gone on to do. Rest in Peace.
