BS to you. Vincent never missed a shot or lost except on purpose. He could run the table game after game. Watch the movie again. Eddie gave up the game for decades and Vincent was better than he ever was. If you can see one shot he missed it one game he lost that wasn't on purpose, please do. Vincen tdidnt sign up to go to Atlantic City and play Eddie, so how is he lame or cowardly to throw a game and pay Eddie back when Eddie abandoned him? Also I have always felt Eddie deliberately got hustled. We know that he was drinking heavily all day and he told Vincent where he would be playing and didn't get hustled until Vincent and Carmen walked in. So I think Eddie was a loser. Either he let himself get drunk or he host hustled just for show in front of Vincent. A very pathetic move.

Bs Eddie beat his ass and Vincent the punk got all but hurt and tried to save face by sliding Eddie money to keep a psychological edge which IMO, was lame and cowardly.

Another, similar line from a later Cruise film: "You can't handle the truth!"
