I just found out about this and ordered a copy. It's only 15 bucks now. You can't miss with Scream Factory! Hell, it will be worth the money just to see a few special features!

Not really. The acting's really bad for the most part (especially the kid), and the effects aren't very good either, except for the Martian leader.
the aliens were funny-looking; they looked fake even for the 80's.
