I found this movie on an IMDB swordfighting movies list. But I'm barely 10 minutes through this pretentious 80s borefest and I'm not sure I can endure much more of this. So does this have any decent swordplay, and at roughly which point in the movie does it appear? Thanks

Well evidently you nodded off and missed the sword fight that occurs in the first half hour. I can only assume you're too impatient to enjoy movies that take their time to develop characters and stories, or you have a defective memory.

I suppose you like the movie, and didn't agree with my comment about it being boring and pretentious. That's fair enough. But an attention span that continues for more than 20 or 30 minutes is reserved for things that are important or that we enjoy. You can't assume that because someone doesn't like a movie, they must be defective in some way. That would be arrogant.

Well first you need to develop an attention span.
