Morricone's score was the strongest of the five nominees. I can't believe it lost to
'Round Midnight.
I own that score and I don't even bother to listen to it. If Morricone had to lose, he should have lost to Goldsmith's superb
Hoosiers.
This world is a comedy to those that think, a tragedy to those that feel.
