Sadly, I've never seem A RUMOR OF WAR, but recently read about the longer TV cut and the shorter R-rated cut and was actually planning to buy them for a fanedit! However, would you part with a copy of yours? If so, could you PM me with a price?

A Rumor of War, was a made for TV movie (weird since it has edited swearing and graphic scenes) there is literally 3 versions of that movie, I bought all three, two VHSs, and one bootleg Chinese dvd, then edited them to make my own final cut movie? Its almost 3hrs with every scene, I would suggest getting the VHS it seems to have more, I was only lucky they played it on History channel ten years ago with lot`s of extra scenes so I recorded that to VHS

Great list. I've seen - and own - most of those. Just upgraded to the Blu-Ray of GO TELL THE SPARTANS, which blew my mind yet again and why isn't A RUMOR OF WAR on DVD in the States? I'd also throw 84 CHARLIE MOPIC and THE BOYS IN COMPANY C into the mix.

Sure some people might feel high and mighty they know better flicks.. But competitions have prizes.. This is a friends helping friends thread So friend, got anything to add? Or you're just here to be negative..
