I just got a production cel of Launchpad. I'm trying to figure out which episode it's from. Does anyone know? I'm not sure if it's Ducktales or Darkwing Duck.

As funny as it sounds. The tongue difference was the first thing that always stood out to me as a kid also. Ducktales characters had traditional disney tongues and Darkwing Duck characters had almost Looney Toons style tongues.
