<h2>It really is, and it's noteworthy. If you look back at the cartoons you grew up with, you'll notice there are a lot of "messages" slipped into them that may not have registered at the time. But despite the very capitalistic nature of showbiz and the various merchandising associated with these 'toons, capitalism was often portrayed as greed. Hypocritical eh? But here the idea of the self made man (or duck) is championed.<br />
Sure Scrooge is shown to be a tightwad, but I think it's less about greed and more about a guyduckwho has been poor and knows the value of a dollar.</h2>
