Quick question was there ever an "official" episode that ended the series?? From what I remember, and it's been 21 years, wasn't the final one where Fenton's mom and scrooge make it seem like they have feelings for each other??
The only show that I remember that had an "official" show ending was Tail Spin and Gargoyles.

But the movie was released before the series was finished, though it may have been last in production order. What always bothered me was that Dijon was used in post-movie episodes but The Genie never was. Granted Dijon was a more entertaining (if annoying stereotypical) character, but it just makes me wonder whatever happened to The Genie.

The closest thing we have to an official conclusion is the 2-part story "The Golden Goose", where Scrooge's greed threatens to bring about the End of the World thanks to a goose which can turn anything within its proximity into pure gold. However, the DuckTales movie (Treasure of the Lost Lamp) can be considered a finale of sorts.
