Wow, I'm sorry but this movie is an awesome sequel to the classic, a little less funny but more action and it definitly delivers in it's genre It deserves AT LEAST a 7!

My ratings for the films then - BHC1 - 10 BHC2 - 3
and nowBHC1 - 7 BHC2 - 1.5
Never bothered with 3 and won't see 4.

First of all: why do you care about such ratings? If you like a movie for whatever reason that's completely fine. Why would you worry about other people's opinions?
The rating might be based on the fact that the story has it's flaws. In my opinion it is just a carrier for Eddie Murphy's comedy and some action (and it's fine for that!). People here have criticised that it would never work for Axel to get the house that easily (and keep it for days) or that Bogomil and Axel would never go fishing together because of their different social backgrounds. Also the police talks about the "Alphabet crime series" already even though there was only an "A" crime yet. "B" was the murder attempt on Bogomil.
