I've seen this movie probably close to 100 times and I have never noticed that! One thing I noticed a few years ago was when they are sitting at the diner where Neal tells Del that he wants to go their separate ways, a woman in the background is wearing one of the shower curtain runs Del sold her as earrings lol

Number of enrollees on Obamacare is about 11 million (Wash Post 1-7-16). You deserve a pass on this one though as the reported numbers are all over the place, probably because different sources count things like increased numbers of Medicare recipients.
WalMart does offer health insurance to its employees, both full and part-time.
You should note that many smaller companies actually eliminated their employee health insurance plans thanks to the ADA and cost of compliance. Many of those workers received subsidies to help them afford the exchange policies. What that really means is premiums that used to be paid by the employer and employee are now paid by the taxpayer instead. There's no increase in the number of insured here, you've just shifted the cost.
Comparing the US to the rest of the world is silly. The US has the best health care on the planet, period. Whining that it isn't free too just ends up getting Donald Trump elected.

What a stupid signature you have. The Affordable Care Act, AKA "Obamacare" has given health care coverage to over 20 million Americans who previously did not have it. They majority of them ARE working. But it's at places like Wal-Mart which do not offer them any kind of health insurance. It's not the '80's anymore. More and more employers are not offering health care to their workers. If you have a better plan, put up or shut up. Because right now there IS nothing better being offered. Not to mention every other first world nation takes health care for granted.
