<p dir="auto">When the two main characters are on the phone.  This music..and style.. is right out of Blade Runner.   I guess you do something right the first time you stick with it.<br />
Great movie.  1930s mixed with a bit of 80s NYC.  Great tunes and great style.  Mr. Scott knows how to make movies.</p>

<p dir="auto">As an aside- were it not a Ridley Scott film I probably wouldn't have bothered with it. Without his stylish flourishes (billowing smoke/steam, unexplained light) it would just be another clichd thriller.<br />
That said I did half expect a unicorn to come trotting up the street</p>
