I liked the twist at the end. The film gets some extra points for that.

The twist at the end was excellent. It adds a frighteningly plausible edge to the proceedings by firmly grounding everything within the terrifying realm of the possible.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.

the twist with Berrisford was excellent and the ending was great. but i prefer the films original ending with Cynthia confronting Harris one last time. plus the hand at the end was a creepy twist.

I thought the ending was great and I agree the cop's expression at the end is very hilarious

When I first watched this movie as a kid, I didn't care much for it. Then years later, as a teenager, I liked it much more. Also, as a kid, I actually thought the cult leader survived, and was the evil doctor, lol.
My two favorite scenes: The hullucination in the parking lot, and the scene where Karmen gets the dream doctor from NOES 1, to explain the drugs to it.
Rocky VI must happen! Sean Penn said so!

I liked the expression of the cop when the doctor falls off the building.
It's like he cares for about a second, before simply shrugging (as if to say, oh well) as the guy plummets to the ground.
