<p dir="auto">Funny how you can watch a film a hundred times and not notice something.  In the opening,  in Michael Palins house, there is a metal Eiffel Tower ornament on his window sill.<br />
Exactly the same ornament that was the smuggling method for gold in the classic Lavandar Hill Mob (starring Alec Guinness).  This film was directed by Charles Crichton, who also directed a Fish Called Wanda.<br />
How many times have I watched the film and never noticed it!!!</p>
