Anyone know for sure if the B&B/cottage/house is the same one used in Harry Bromley Davenport's Xtro?

I think it is. I've seen it in another film recently but I can't remember where now. It's going to bug me now.
edit - I've been sat here for 20 minutes racking my brain then I had an epiphany of sorts. It's the same farm that was in the old Black Beauty tv series. It's called Stockers Farm in Rickmansworth. Search for it on Google Earth and it'll take you right to it. There's a few photos of what it looks like now. It was also the farm they hide out at in Children Of Men.

Apparently, this was one of the locations used:

Anyone have any websites that contain photos of the cottage used in "Xtro?" If so, then post them here, as I should be able to recognize whether the same cottage is used in both films. Otherwise, I don't know. The location for "Xtro" appears to be London, U.K. While the location used for "Lair of the White Worm" appears to be somewhere in the Peak District, U.K. Same country. Different locations.
